A world gone crazy Bob Mitzel
Once again it is early morning with the sun starting to peek over the eastern edge of the high plains of eastern New Mexico. I sit here reflecting on the events of the past couple of months. The financial disasters of countries around the world as one economy after the other fails and the countries go into chaos. The riots and protests that are happening in so many countries and the way the leaders of these countries react, from Egypt where everything considered there was a very minor amount of violence against her citizens to Libya where the violence is wholesale and deadly. Attacks against her citizens carried out by select troops armed with the very best of equipment from sidearms and rifles to helicopter attacks and strafing of the citizens by high speed jet fighters, none of which discriminate between the so called Rebels and the innocents caught because they have no where else to go. These rebels are figbting with thier hands, rocks, clubs, or anything else they can find until they are lucky enough to be able to pick up a rifle from a fallen enemy troop. These are people to whom LIBERTY, FREEDOM, and the God given rights are so important that they are fighting modern jets with only thier hands and what they can pick up from the fields of battle that they have survived on!
These people have not had the opportunity to live a life like so many of us in the U.S. have, they have not had all the FREEDOMS that we take for granted here. They started thier fight with rocks because they were so hungry to be free and have the rights and freedoms that we so casually ignore every day of our lives.
Our Government is chipping away at our rights every day, taking little pieces of them under the guise of PROTECTING US AGAINST OURSELVES, the Government have decided that we are no longer able or smart enough to figure out what is best for us. We are just the ignorant masses without the intelligence that God gave our forefathers. We are just the ignorant masses that must be led and nutured by those so much more intelligent than us for our own good. We are just the ignorant masses that leave them do what they want no matter what we believe. We are just the ignorant masses that sit idly by while they keep chipping away at our freedoms and do and say nothing. We are the ignorant masses that let the government say I am going to take from you that are striving to have the better life that our ancestors fought for, to give to those that are too lazy to work to provide for themselves because they also have the right for the AMERICAN DREAM, and it is not right that you are enjoying the fruits of your labor while they sit with nothing. We are the ignorant masses that have let our Government succeed in taxing us to death To provide the funds for more government workers, more people that want to sit on thier lazy behinds, and more invader from other countries that cross out borders at will with no thought that they are invading our homeland. We are the ignorant masses that sit idly by and let our Government tell us WHY it is our responsibility too let these invaders stay in our country and let us support them and GIVE them the American dream also. We are the ignorant masses that sit idly by and do nothing while our Government SUES the States that DO stand up and say they will not sit and watch our Country dragged down into financial ruin by these HOARDS OF ILLEGAL INVADERS, these invaders that cross our borders with immunity because our Government will do nothing to stop the invasion. We are the ignorant masses that sit idly by while our Government give BILLIONS OF DOLAARS to other governments to help support thier countries while leaving our borders wide open and complaining about budget issues. We are the ignorant masses that sit on our lazy behinds with a beer in our hands and bitch to any one that will listen that our county is going to hell in a hand basket. We are the ignorant masses that sit on our lazy behinds and bitch that our VOTE does not count, but we can't be sure because we don't get off out lazy butts and go vote. We are the ignorant masses that complain that nothing is being done and are too lazy to get off our butts to make a phone call to our representative that we did not vote for to start with. We are the ignorant masses that look with wonder at the people fighting against such overwhelming odds to have the freedoms that we enjoy everyday, while we have sat on our lazy butts and let the Government take our rights from away from us. We are the ignorant masses that sit and wait for someone somewhere to do something about what is going on. We are the ignorant masses the the Government counts on for support, in the form of our lack of opposition, to continue in thier march to make us a completely subservient people that lets the Government make all the decisions and lets the Government make all the plans, and lets the Government tell us what is good for us.
I do wish to clarify one thing, all people do not do this, just the majority, maybe 97% of the population will fit in to the previous profile. The 97% will have some pathetic excuse for what the do, or rather what they do not do! There are about 3% of the population that are trying to make the country better, as there were when our country was founded. These were the people that organized the Revolution while the rest of the colonies TALKED about what needed done. So it is now, everyone wants to TALK about what needs done, but very few are willing to get out front and lead. Everyone wants to ask why this is not being done while not being willing to do it. Everyone wants the country back to a state where we can hold our heads up and proudly say I AM A CITIZEN OF THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, but nobody wants to get thier hands dirty and help restore her to her previous glory!!! Again, let me say that this is not ALL the citizens in theis great country, there is that small percentage that do work very hard. That try to lead. I say try because they have to overcome all those that still at this time sit and say SOME ELSE NEEDS TO DO THIS AND GIVES THE EXCUSE AS TO WHY IT SHOULD NOT BE THEM! We as with every other group have our pretenders also, we have those that like to proffer the III% symbol at every oppurtunity to show thier support for thier country, but when you get down to the nitty gritty and ask the hard question, WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO RESTORE YOUR COUNTRY they mumble and grumble and look at the ground because they are ashamed and rightly so because they have done NOTHING but sit and watch what those other few did but did not want to feel left out.
People, the time to sit idly by is long past, every red blooded AMERICAN needs to stand and be counted, it is the DUTY of every American to stop the travesty of what we call our GOVERNMENT in this day. We have a Government of shams and crooks and cowards and it is time it was stopped. We have a Government that lets guns that were illegally obtained and illegally taken to another country to kill thier citizens, and that were in turn brought back into this country illegally and used to kill citizens of our Country by criminals while our Government did nothing to stop it. In fact, not only did they do nothing to stop it, they facilitated it and actively participated in it, censuring those that did try to stop it. All these needless deaths were caused because a Government agency needed to be able to justify calls for another restriction on our rights guarenteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. They had been telling all that would listen that the guns going across the border were from lawful American sources, and it finally came to light that the guns were part of a Government program that has come to a screeching halt now that the light of day has hit its ugly face.
People now is the time, QUIT BEING ONE OF THE IGNORANT MASSES THERE IS MUCH WORK TO BE DONE AND THE TIME IS SHORT. THE PATRIOTS OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY NEED YOU TO STAND BESIDE THEM, THERE IS NO MORE TIME TO STAND OR SIT IN THE BACKGROUND. THE PATRIOTS MUST STAND FIRM SHOULDER TO SHOULDER ACROSS THIS GREAT COUNTRY AGAINST THE TYRANICAL GOVERNMENT THAT WOULD RATHER SUE ONE OF ITS OWN STATES THAN FIX THE PROBLEM THAT IS EVIDENT TO EVERY PERSON IN THIS LAND.
TAKE A STAND, IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A VIOLENT ONE, AND THERE IS SPACE IN THE MOVEMENT FOR EVERY PATRIOT IN THIS GREAT LAND. THE TIME IS NOW, AMERICA NEEDS YOU, YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEED YOU AND ALL THE OTHER PATRIOTS IN THIS GREAT COUNTRY NEED YOU!!!!!!!
