Tea Party Express

This weekend, I had the very pleasurable experience of joining many like minded PATRIOTS in a park in Las Cruses New Mexico. We were all there to see the Tea Party Express on their way across the country again. While we are all aware that the leaders of this group have come under a cloud for some questionable handling of funds lately, that should in no way be held against the fine performers who are part of this tour. I had the pleasure of speaking to these people there before and after the show they put on, and the one thing I can say for all of them is that they are as fine a group of patriots as I have seen in a while. They use a lot of patriotic songs to keep us charged up, a lot of which these talented people wrote themselves. I hope to feature some of these songs during our show breaks in the near future. The Las Cruses Tea Party Patriots did a great job hosting this group. I got a chance to talk to patriots that I have not seen in a while and get caught up n the news from their viewpoint. I always enjoy this, and you can look for some pictures from this trip to be posted in the near future on our site. While I was with my wife and friends in Las Cruses, Bob was Giving a speech at a rally in Lovington NM. One thing that we must do people is stay active, we must get our message out any where, and any way we can.We have said many times on the show, every one needs to get engaged, and contribute to help in solving the ills of our GREAT NATION, there is a great SCOURGE in Washington and we need to cleanse it. We need to DISINFECT our political system, our GREAT NATION is ILL, and we all must be a part of her HEALING. We must make these politicians realize that we are finished with business as usual, we are finished with being elected and filling their pockets at the EXPENSE OF OUR COUNTRY AND HER CITIZENS.
We must let them know that WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OUR COUNTRY BEING INVADED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS TO THE DETRIMENT OF HER CITIZENS JUST BECAUSE IT IS POLITICALLY EXPEDIENT.
Yes people, I did use those words HATED by our PRESIDENT, I called these INVADERS     ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!!!!!   THEY ARE NOT UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS. AN IMMIGRANT APPLIES TO COME TO OUR COUNTRY LEGALLY. MANY IMMIGRANTS HAVE COME TO OUR COUNTRY IN THE PAST WITHOUT DOCUMENTS, ALL THEY HAD WHEN THEY ARRIVED WAS A BAG OF CLOTHES AND A TAG TIED TO THE BUTTON OF THEIR SHIRTS. THAT IS AN UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT. THEY DID NOT COME UNDER COVER OF DARKNESS, CUTTING OR CLIMBING FENCES THAT ARE THERE SOLEY TO KEEP THEM OUT!!! THEIR FIRST ACT IN OUR COUNTRY IS AN ILLEGAL ONE, HENCE THE NAME ILLEGAL ALIEN!!!!!!! IMIGRANTS ARE PEOPLE WHO APPLY FOR IMMIGRATION BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE A   (HANG ON TO YOUR HATS HERE FOLKS, THIS IS A HARDCORE THOUGHT)         AMERICAN         IMAGINE THAT AN AMERICAN SUCH A RADICAL IDEA, A PERSON LEGALLY COMING TO OUR COUNTRY     WANTING, YES WANTING TO BE AN AMERICAN not an "African American" or "Mexican American", they want to be an "AMERICAN".
But lets step back a minute, we have to look at an example set for these invaders by our own (yes, sometimes we DO have to claim him) PRESIDENT. His Aunt had lived illegally in OUR GREAT COUNTRY for over 20 years. Gee Golly Whiz, Her Attorney nephew did not see anything wrong with that, nor did he feel the need to help make her legal. In fact, he did not even feel the need to help her get off ASSISTANCE and earn her own way instead of letting the TAXPAYERS foot the bill for her, in her own words on a TELEVISION INTERVIEW, SHE STATED SHE DESERVED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE TAXPAYERS INSTEAD OF WORKING FOR A LIVING.
I GUESS THAT SHOULD BE NO SURPRISE, HER NEPHEW FEELS THE SAME WAY  AS HE IS STILL SPENDING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS FAST AS HE CAN FIND PENS WITH ENOUGH INK TO SIGN ANOTHER BILL WITH!!!!!!!!!!!! I GUESS IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bob and I have issued a challenge on our last couple of shows that YOU need to get out and do something constructive to get ready to assist in the reclaimming of our country, even if that is only getting together with a couple of your buddies and getting food ready so you can take care of YOURSELVES if the economy collapses. There is a lot you can LEGALLY do to prepare, and the key word here is PREPARE for any eventuality.
To date, we have only heard from one patriot, I know that there has to be more than 1 person out there who is preparing for the future. WE don't want specifics or anything thing like that, but there are a lot of people out there who need help in where to start and what to do. Let's give them some help.  If worse comes to  worse, we will all be in this together, and will need each other.
Let's get headed in the same direction, working for the same thing, and do this as a like minded people working together for the same common goal.
Bob and I will do our best to help and answer questions or put you in touch with someone who can answer them if we can't.

Chuck Baldwin -- These Are Not Negotiable

In the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson wrote, "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies."

I would argue that we, like our patriot forebears, have also endured "patient sufferance." For at least a half-century, we have patiently endured the erosion and abridgment of our freedoms and liberties. We have watched the federal government become an overbearing and meddlesome Nanny State that pokes its nose and sticks its fingers in virtually everything we do. We cannot drive a car, buy a gun, or even flush a toilet without Big Brother's permission. We are taxed, regulated, and snooped-on from the time we are born to the day we die. And then after we are dead, we are taxed again.

In the same way that Jefferson and Company patiently suffered up until that shot was fired that was heard around the world, we who love freedom today are likewise patiently suffering "a long train of abuses and usurpations."

In fact, I would even dare say that these States United have become a boiling caldron of justifiable frustration and even anger.

Accordingly, it is incumbent upon us to very seriously and thoughtfully examine those principles that we absolutely will never cede or surrender. We have already surrendered much of the freedom that was bequeathed to us by our forefathers. We are now to the point that we must define those principles that form our "line in the sand" and that we will not surrender under any circumstance. Either that, or we must admit to ourselves that there is nothing--no principle, no freedom, no matter how sacred--that we will not surrender to Big Government.

Here, then, are those principles that, to me, must never be surrendered. To surrender these liberties to Big Government would mean to commit idolatry.

It would be sacrilege. It would reduce us to slavery. It would destroy our humanity. To surrender these freedoms would mean "absolute Despotism" and would provide moral justification to the proposition that such tyranny be "thrown off."

* The Right to Keep and Bear Arms

Men without guns are not free men; they are slaves. Men without guns are not citizens; they are subjects. Men without guns have lost the right of self-defense. They have lost the power to defend their families and protect their properties. Men without guns are reduced to the animal kingdom, becoming prey to the Machiavellians among them who would kill them for sport or for their own personal pursuits. As King Jesus plainly ordered, "He that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." (Luke 22:36) This we will do--at all costs.

* The Right to Own Private Property

Like the right of self-defense, the private ownership of property is a God-given right that is rooted in the Sacred Text. As God told Moses, "Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it." (Deut. 19:14)

In fact, the history of Western Civilization is replete with the examples of free men who were determined (even at the cost of their very lives) to defend the right to own property. Without private property rights, men are reduced to serfs and servants. Like chattel, they feed themselves by another's leave. This we will not do.

* The Right to Train and Educate Our Children

Education has never been the responsibility of the State. From time immemorial, education has been the right and responsibility of the family.

This, too, has its foundation in the Sacred Volume. "And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord." (Eph. 6:4)

Therefore, the absolute right of homeshooling or private/parochial/Christian schooling must never be surrendered. Homeschooling, especially, is fundamental to freedom. It is not a coincidence that throughout history, most totalitarian governments forbade parents homeschooling their children.

Any government--federal, State, or local--that forbids, or even restricts, the right of parents to homeschool their children has taken upon itself the uniform of a tyrant.

* The Freedom of Speech and Worship

Speech and worship are matters of the heart and conscience (Luke 6:45; John 4:24). Only tyrants seek authority over matters of the heart. But, of course, that is what tyrants do: they seek to control men's thoughts and beliefs.

Hence, the alternative media is essential to liberty: the Internet, short wave radio, as well as independent magazines and periodicals. It is almost superfluous to say that there is no such thing as a free and independent press among the mainstream news media today. In fact, the major media more resembles a propaganda machine than it does a free press.

The same can be said for most of the mainstream churches in America today.

They more resemble havens for politically correct, Big-Government ideology than they do bastions of Bible truth. Therefore, home-churches and non-establishment churches are increasingly requisite to a free people.

* The Right to Determine One's Own Healthcare

The marriage of Big Government and Big Medicine has created a healthcare monster. Already, the dispensing of medical treatment is micromanaged by Big Brother in a way that has resulted in skyrocketing costs and inferior care (and in some cases, even death). President Obama's universal health care initiatives that are sure to come (in one form or another) will only exacerbate an already untenable situation.

Free men and women absolutely have the right to refuse vaccinations for themselves and their children. Forced vaccinations (of any kind) are an assault against the very foundation of freedom. Free men have the right to choose their own physicians, their own hospitals, their own insurance programs, etc. They also have the right to refuse any and all of the above.

God is Creator. He is also Healer (Exodus 15:26). Therefore, how men choose to seek God's healing is a private matter between them and God. Alternative medicine is a right. Already, our military personnel are used as human guinea pigs to test a variety of drugs and chemicals. Public schools also require forced vaccinations. And now the push is on to force the general population to take the Swine Flu vaccine. At the current pace, it won't be long until all alternative medicines and treatments will be illegal and the federal government will be America 's doctor. This is not acceptable.

* The Right to Life

2000 years of Western Civilization have perpetually reconfirmed that life is a gift of God. Both Biblical and American history repeatedly honor God as the Source and Sustainer of man's existence. Therefore, evils such as abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia must be vehemently resisted. It is bad enough that any government (especially one such as ours) would legalize abortion, but the concept of FORCED abortion, infanticide, or euthanasia could only be regarded as a despotic attack on life and liberty of the gravest proportion. In fact, under Natural Law, such an attack would remove said government from the protection of Heaven and would place it in a state of war.

* The Right to Live as a Free and Independent People

God separated the Nations (Genesis 11). Therefore, it is absolutely necessary that we Americans maintain our independence and national sovereignty. We simply cannot (and will not) allow ourselves to become part of any hemispheric or global union.

There they are: seven freedom-principles that are not negotiable. As Jefferson said, we are "disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable." But cross these lines and free men must do what free men must do: "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

October 20, show

Hello everyone, Hope you got a chance to listen in on the Bob and Bob show today. I really felt good about it. I know at times we can be a bit controversial and as we have said many times, we do not have all the answers, and at times I am not sure I even have all the questions. We do not expect everyone to agree with all our comments, this would be very unrealistic. The same way that we do not agree with all the statements or beliefs of others in the movement. There is room for multiple views, but as with any other endeavor there has to be a logical order to reach our goal. We do not intentionally set out to hurt peoples feelings, but sometimes these things happen. In my case, I try to suck it up and move on unless it is obvious that a personal slight is intended. I try to live by the believe that every person is entitled to their personal beliefs and drop it at that. We are trying to put legitimate information into the hands of patriots across the US. We have experience and witnessed much of the decline of our great country, and have lived in the era of the loss of many of our basic rights. It is time this stopped, Bob and I love our great COUNTRY and we are trying in our own small way to contribute in the effort to reclaim her and restore her to the majesty that she once had. The hired killers, or the day we killed God

The street is empty, and the wind raises the dust from the sidewalks, the people are at home, fearful, the businesses close and unemployment spreads everywhere. Some businessmen have found safety in the neighboring country, others emigrated to the south, and the rest of us stayed, as the old Greek philosopher said, “When death is, you aren’t, and when you are, death isn’t, so why worry?”

End of the week: 27 dead in 24 hours, a new record, hundreds of small businessmen kidnapped, owners of hardware stores, groceries, car washes, doctors’ offices, restaurants, living the hell of the uncertainty of tomorrow, entire families wracked by the deepest pain they can feel from knowing a loved one is in the hands of criminals. The media quacks demand security from the government, society likewise demands security and, how to provide security? Will it be necessary to place a policeman for every inhabitant to ensure that no one commits a crime? And this policeman, will he be safe or will he need another policeman?

We see spectacular crimes, beheaded ones, destroyed ones, mutilated ones, and I’d like to ask you a question about these humanoid beasts. What must happen for a normal man to transform himself into a beast like these? Those who have seen these hired killers describe them as young people, from 15 to 25 years of age. We all ask ourselves, where are the authorities? How come the President does nothing?

And many similar questions, but I don’t hear these questions: where were the mother and father of these children? Where were the teachers? Where were the brothers? Nobody goes to bed as a good child and wakes up being a heartless assassin; the transformation is a gradual process. It’s time to quit looking for the guilty ones elsewhere and for us to assume the responsibility for tolerating a society that was becoming corrupt and we did nothing to avoid it.

Of course, we isn't prudes, nor reactionaries, and if the media make their profits by pushing sex, well, we’re adults, of course, if the young fellows are having uncontrolled sex, well, it’s ‘cause we’re really modern, open minded, pal. What? Don’t tell me single mothers scare you? You’re stuck in the dark ages!

Many women collect offspring from different fathers, and as many more other young fellows imagine and compete to see who makes more girls pregnant. Women, abandoned, who prostitute themselves in order to support their offspring, children who grow up with the shame and abandonment of their mothers. Women who work and leave their children abandoned, unarmed against the base passions of their neighbors or of their own relatives; irresponsible fathers, children who grow up accumulating hatred and contempt for society. We mock decency and decorum, we take God out of our schools, out of our homes, out of our lives, we eliminate the internal police that was called conscience, and today anything goes, the more depraved, the more “in.”

Hundreds of young criminals, thieves, assassins, rapists, drug traffickers, were interviewed in a local poll; almost all of them came from dysfunctional homes, and they sought in gangs the acceptance they did not have at home. At first, the gangs would make them commit a crime, later they liked the adrenalin and feeling of power that comes from dominating another person.

We’re certainly in a vacuum of authority and, gentlemen, I must tell you, authority comes from the home. Yes, even though you may laugh, authority rests on the parents, and the conduct of authority they must follow is in morality, that word so much condemned and made ridiculous, in morality, gentlemen. In morality, in that compendium of good manners that humanity has been accumulating for centuries, and that today we discard because we’re modern. Today, youth’s chant is “Let’s fornicate and defecate because the world will terminate,” and the parents remain impassive and motionless.

Don’t be alarmed, buddy, it’s the modern times.

Falcon Lake Atrocity

Anyone that has listened to The Bob and Bob Show knows that I have been fired up over the Falcon Lake murder ever since it became public.on September 30, 2010. For those of you not familiar with this, a man was murdered while jet skiing on Falcon lake with his wife the last day of September this year. Falcon lake is between Texas and Mexico and unfortunately sees a lot of drug traffic as well as the tourist trade. He was shot in the head reportedly by members of the LOS ZETAS drug cartel. When his wife tried to pull him up on her jet ski, she also came under attack by the cartel gunman. Mrs. Hartley did escape back to Texas where she filed a report with law enforcement personel.

At first Mexican officials drug thier feet in investigating the shooting, which has become the norm for any crimes that they have to investigate. They finally did admit that there was a crime committed and assigned an investigator to the case. Unfortunately it appeared that the cartels did not like this as they delivered the investigators head to the government in a suitcase.

As usual, the Obama/Clinton team is doing "everything they can" which translates to sitting on their thumbs, and saying we need to put up signs along the lake saying it is not safe to be there!!!!
Oh yes, Clinton said she is "sickened by the case".

Well Mrs. Clinton, WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, ARE SICKENED BY WISHY WASHY, SPINELESS GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SPECIFICALLY, OBAMA,YOU, JANET RENO, AND THE SPINELESS FIGUREHEADS YOU LEAD, WHOSE ANSWER TO THE BORDER CRIME AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT OUR COUNTRY IS BEING INVADED BY YOUR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS, WHICH EVEN THEIR  OWN COUNTRY DOES NOT WANT BACK, IS TO POST SIGNS ON OUR SOVERIGN AMERICAN SOIL AGAINST USE BY AMERICAN CITIZENS BECAUSE IT IS TOO DANGEROUS!!!!!!!

I  HAVE A GREAT SOLUTION TO PROPOSE TO YOU, I THINK MICHELLE OBAMA SHOULD TAKE HER NEXT VACATION IN A BORDER STATE WITH NO, AND I REPEAT NO SECRET SERVICE PROTECTION.  THAT IS THE WAY THE REST OF AMERICAS CITIZENS ARE FORCED TO LIVE IN THE BORDER AREAS.

MAYBE BILL AND HIS FLAVOR OF THE WEEK, AND YOU WHEN YOU ARE HOME SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE IN A BORDER AREA MINUS SECRET SERVICE PROTECTION. ALSO YOUR DAUGHTER AND HER NEW HUSBAND. FOR GOOD MEASURE, LETS SHIP JANET RENO DOWN THERE WITH YOU.

I BET WITHIN DAYS THE BORDER WOULD BE SECURE, AND LINED WITH TROOPS BECAUSE IT WOULD BE FAT LIBERAL ASSES ON THE LINE THEN, NOT JUST SOME MIDDLE CLASS HARD WORKING AMERICANS THAT HAVE TO LIVE WITH YOUR IGNORANCE AND MALFEASANCE DAY IN AND DAY OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IN THE FUTURE IF YOU PASS A LAW THAT APPLIES TO US, IT HAD BETTER APPLY FULLY TO ALL POLITICIANS AS WELL, NO MORE SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR THE SELF PROCLAIMED RULING CLASS IN AMERICA. IF OBAMA WANTS TO SPREAD THE WEALTH, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO START WITH HIS AND THE REST OF THE POLITICIANS, AND WHEN YOU HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT AS I DO, THEN YOU CAN START TO SHARE MINE.

What means this martial array?

 

In his famous “Give me liberty or give me death” speech in the old St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia Patrick Henry, citing King George’s preparation to subdue the American colonies asked this Question, “What means this martial array”. Unfortunately the question is once again relevant.

There is one indisputable fact that needs to be repeated until it is understood and absorbed by every freedom loving American. The United States was not attacked on September 11^th, 2001 because we did not have a police state; we were attacked because officials in the federal government, who were responsible for protecting the American people, did not do their jobs.

The basic outline for the Twin Towers attack was in the hands of the FBI in 1995. It was given to them by the Philippine National Police after its discovery in the apartment of Islamic terror mastermind Ramzi Yousef. It included the plan to use airliners as missiles and named at least some of the targets that were hit by the Moslem terrorists.

Warnings by FBI field agents and employees of flight schools that Arabs were taking lessons on how to steer airliners but not on how to put them in the air or land them were ignored by senior federal officials.

We were told that the confusion regarding these warnings arose from an opinion in a memo written by one Jamie Gorelick, a Justice Department hack serving under Janet Reno during the Clinton administration. This same person, whose actions, in effect, prevented a timely response which might have stopped the 9-11 attacks, was then allowed to sit on the commission investigating the worst act of terrorism in the nation’s history.

In the days following 9-11 President Bush said there would be no recriminations for those who had failed in their duty. In fact some of those whose lack of action and judgment made us vulnerable were promoted.

In short, it was immediately apparent that no one within the federal government would be held responsible for what can only be called deadly incompetence.

As frightening as these facts are they pale in comparison to the rush to seize extra-constitutional power by the federal government following the collapse of the Twin Towers .

First we were told instead of changing the policy that (allegedly) prevented the FBI and the CIA from sharing intelligence, which would have taken a one page memo, we would have to create a monstrous new cabinet department with a host of new and often secret powers. The overarching security apparatus that is The Department of Homeland Security was as foreign in its concept to the American people as its name was unwholesome sounding to the ears of those who remembered the police states of recent European history.

Then we were informed that because the 9-11 plotters had acquired phony identity documents, the American people for the first in our history would be forced to carry an internal passport albeit masquerading as an enhanced driver’s license. Let’s be clear on this point. The idea that numbering Americans like cattle will stop state supported terrorists from acquiring documentation needed for their evil ends reveals a naiveté’ unworthy of a thinking adult.

Then there is the so-called Patriot Act. There is no doubt there are some people who believe that this legislation was formulated by wise men rushing to address short comings of the law in order to protect the American people against further terrorist atrocities. Nothing could be further from the truth.

The patriot Act was in fact a shopping list of extra-constitutional police powers that the federal establishment had been wanting for decades. The enabling legislation was presented to the congress fifteen minutes before the vote for its passage. Further, the actual language of the act was presented as amendments to the existing federal code, the size of which roughly equals eight to ten sets of the encyclopedia Britannica. Those who voted for the patriot Act had no idea whatsoever of its contents yet in order to do “something” they signed their name to one of the gravest insults to liberty since the Alien and Sedition Acts.

Now I need to make it clear that when this handbook for tyrants first reared it ugly head I railed with all the force I could muster against its passage, Republican sympathies not withstanding, I do not trust any human institution with this kind of power. However in defense of those who first let loose this beast they at least included a sunset provision should the law prove to be dangerous to freedom. It took a Democratic Congress and a Democratic president to make it permanent without any means for its abolition.

Since then, the newly established security establishment has piled on in its attacks on American freedoms grabbing any power that suits its fancy. There are the secret warrants, not signed by any judge, which permits federal agencies free reign to search what they please without restraint. In the pre-revolutionary America these would have been called Writs of Assistance and were one of the acts of tyranny that led to end of British rule in America  Further should anyone reveal that such a warrant has been served they are subject to prosecution.

There is also the presumption of the part of the government that U.S. citizens have no right to privacy in their electronic communications. Now there is a ruling that the Ninth Circuit court of Appeals which says that the government can come on to your property and attach tracking devices to your automobile, no warrant needed. There is an exception if your home is surrounded by a fence with a gate, then and only then does the fourth amendment apply.

In the last few months we have learned the predator drone aircraft have been stationed in the US primarily along the border with Mexico . We are told that they are to be used for surveillance however these aircraft are weapons of war with the capability of carrying Hellfire missiles. More recently its been reported that over 400 vans equipped with X-ray equipment capable of peering into houses or motor vehicles have been acquired by Homeland Security, who refuses to respond to congressional inquiries as to where they are deployed  and for what purpose.

 There are those, foolishly trusting and naïve, who believe that this build up of police state assets is designed to protect the public from terrorism. The supposition that government can protect you from the dangers posed by madmen is as false as it is pernicious.

The only thing I want the national government to protect is my freedom. I will depend on the almighty to protect my life.

There is one uncomfortable question that must be asked. If these preparations are not meant to protect the populace then whom are they meant to protect? It is becoming more and more obvious that both the speed and the thoroughness of these social controls can have only one purpose.

It is my opinion that the political establishment realizes that its claims of acting for the national good are no longer believable. The bills are coming due and must be paid by the American people and their children after them, for the power elite has no intention of restoring what they have stolen.

 For the self-anointed ruling class this realization has instilled a dread of retribution that means an end to their unearned privileges and their ability live off the toil of others. They know well that the power that they have abused was only loaned to them by the sufferance of the majority, and that sufferance is coming to an end.

Could it be that those who have laid waste to this great nation see a potential for a middle class revolt, not the polite variety with protest signs but the kind that brings unpleasant retribution, Do they see those who actually produce wealth and stability for the nation saying “We will tolerate no more” and refusing to stand and watch the destruction of all they hold dear?

In short I believe that the political establishment fears the people, and it should.
